The composition of your product can be determined by the analysis of nutritional values according to the "big eight". By performing different analyses like dry matter, ash, protein, fat, fatty acids, sugars, salt, fiber, carbohydrates and organic matter, you can determine the legal values for your product. Since 2014, it has been mandatory for all processed foods in the EU to indicate nutritional values on the packaging (EC 1169/2011).
In addition to these mandatory values, you can also analyze the vitamins (A, B, C. D, E and K), organic acids, amino acids, main and trace elements and natural ingredients.
